  • The App uses third-party services like Vercel, OpenAI, AWS, and Cloudinary. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
  • iClasser LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App's functionality.
  • Any unauthorized use of the App may lead to termination of your access and may be subject to legal action.

7. Modifications to the App and Terms

  • iClasser LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. iClasser LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • iClasser LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of iClasser LLC, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
